To Our Valued Customers

An Update on COVID-19

I want you to know that nurturing the health and well-being of our LOF-Xpress™ Oil Change team and customers is, and always will be, our highest priority. In that spirit, I want to address concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) as it relates to the day-to-day operations of our locally owned and operated stores.

While the situation will continue to develop over the coming days and weeks, for now, LOF-Xpress™ Oil Change stores will remain open during our normal business (Mon-Fri 6am-8pm, Sat 8am-5pm & Sun 9am-4pm). Any changes to our hours will be posted to our website and on our electronic reader boards in front of the stores.

Our decision to remain open is being continually evaluated, weighing the benefit we can provide to our customers and employees against any potential risk to which we may be subjecting them. We are not taking this lightly and are being guided by our core value of putting people first.

Our stay in  your car & drive-thru  service option enables all customers to remain in their vehicle with limited and appropriately safeguarded interaction with our trained technicians.

For employees working in the stores, we are enforcing guidelines from the CDC regarding hand hygiene and coughing and sneezing etiquette. We are requiring any sick team members to stay home and seek appropriate treatment.

We have always been committed to maintaining exceptionally clean and well-run facilities, and that commitment has only strengthened over the past weeks. Following guidance issued by the CDC, we are continuously cleaning our stores, focusing on high-touch and highly trafficked surfaces like door handles, bathroom surfaces, chairs/desks/refreshment areas, and all touchscreens. We will also continue to stock disposable wipes and alcohol-based hand sanitizers for use by employees and customers throughout the day.

While we all may feel helpless at this time, there are some very important things we can do to make a difference. We invite you to join us in our commitment to the following:

  1. Support family, friends, local, national, and global leaders, especially those directly impacted by the virus;
  2. Stay current and follow all advisories and guidelines, including travel restrictions and proper hygiene;
  3. If you’re sick or more susceptible to complications, please stay home, rest, and recover; and,
  4. Remain positive – though hard to find, there is encouraging news on the progress being made in the fight against the virus.

As always, we are grateful for your business and will continue to do all we can to protect the health of our customers and employees.
